What do I do now, after deliverance?

Renew Your Mind and Habits:

Replace old habits and thoughts with new, positive ones.

Listen to Scriptures/God's Promises:

Regularly listen to or read the Bible to reinforce God's word in your life.

Pray Regularly(Especially in the Heavenly language):

Maintain a consistent prayer life, including praying the "Armor of God" prayer every morning and night (Ephesians 6:10-18).

Practice forgiveness! Stay AWAY from sin/full influence:

Forgive other and seek forgiveness to prevent bitterness from taking root.

Guard Your Heart and Mind:

Be mindful of what you watch, read, and listen to, ensuring it aligns with your faith.

Attend Church:

Be an active part of a church community for support, growth and accountability.

Worship:

Spend time in worship and praise to keep your focus on God.

Fast:

Consider periodic fasting as a way to draw closer to God.

1 Peter 5:8: "Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour."

Ephesians 6:11: "Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes."

Seek Continued Deliverance if needed:

Be open to additional deliverance sessions if needed. There DOES come an end to the crazy attacks! (I felt like it would never end, but it did! With LOTS of breakthroughs). Fight through them, and the enemy will flee.

- FYI: DON'T pray, "I take authority over you ....(name of a spirit)..." Cast all things out, in the name of Jesus! To avoid unnecessary attacks.

Learn about and practice spiritual warfare to protect yourself from future attacks.

Father God, I put on and stand firm with the BELFT of truth buckled around my waist (1)

Print it out, hang it on your fridge, or make it a screen saver

(for at least the first couple weeks)

Read or listen to the word (God's promises), even in the background at night (ESPECIALLY if you feel the attack is still ongoing).

Here is a relaxing several hours of God's promises on replay, that helped me SO much!

If the attacks get worse,

it might be because something stubborn didn't come out during prayer.

Keep listening to the scriptures in the background and pray in the Holy Spirit language.

The Lord often sends complete freedom in His time.

Remember, anything dark or evil can't stay in a body that's on fire for God.

If it persists and the Holy Spirit leads you (gives you a strong desire, listen to this: "Self-deliverance" video below.

And if you feel more comfortable having someone physically pray for you again, do that.

Either way, the Lord WILL set you completely FREE, IF you don't give up!
