Re-marinate fresh cucumbers to Claussen dill pickles
On your LAST dill pickle?
Did you know you can reuse dill pickle water to re-marinate cucumbers into pickles that taste just like the original store-bought ones?
You can use any fresh cucumbers for this. My favorite are the "Persian". Here I am using garden cucumbers. They have thicker skin so I will add extra Tbsp of salt into marinate.
Cut them up to desired size. (Quads for me).
Stack them back into the marinate container

Refrigerate marinate for at least 48 hours
